How to View Customer Details in Hashio

1. Access the Customers Tab 0:00

• Log into the Hashio platform.

• Navigate to the 'Customers' tab within the fulfillment module.

2. Select a Customer 0:00

• Click on the name of the customer you wish to view.

• This action will take you to the customer's details page.

3. Review Customer Information 0:16

• On the customer details page, you will see: 

  • Customer's address

  • Customer's name

  • License number

  • Phone number (if available)

  • Email address

  • Any linked QuickBooks information.

4. Check Customer Orders and Spending 0:25

• At a glance, you can see: 

  • If the customer has any active orders.

  • Total amount of money the customer has spent.

5. Edit Customer Details (if necessary) 0:38

• If you need to make changes to the customer's information: 

  • Click the 'Edit' button located at the top right of the customer details page.
