Guide to Using Workstation Mode in Hashio

1. Accessing Workstation Mode 0:00

• Start on the facilities page in the facilities module.

• Scroll down to the workstation section.

• Click on 'enter workstation mode'.

2. Signing In 0:14

• You will be directed to a sign-in page.

• Enter your unique PIN number (e.g., '1234').

• This will log you into workstation mode.

3. Viewing Your Dashboard 0:33

• Check completed tasks in the last 24 hours.

• View track time for the last 24 hours.

• See any tasks in progress and pending tasks.

4. Active Workload Overview 0:45

• Review the active workload section: 

  • See the product and batch you are working on.

  • Check the step you are currently on.

  • Determine if you are active or not.

5. Managing Tasks 1:01

• View a list of tasks for the facility.

• Click on a task to sign in to a specific step.

• Review your time contribution and team averages.

6. Hashing In and Out of Tasks 1:16

• Click 'hash in' to switch tasks.

• This will log you out of the previous task and into the new one.

7. Reviewing Work Logs 1:34

• Access the work log section to see workloads from the last 24 hours.

• Add any outputs if necessary.

8. Quick Hash In Option 1:57

• Use the quick hash in button to log into any batches or products.

• Select the steps you want to sign into.

9. Exiting Workstation Mode 2:14

• To exit, click on 'admin options' at the top.

• Select 'exit workstation mode' to return to the login page.
