Managing Team Members in Hashio
1. Access the Facility Detail Page 0:01
Start by navigating to the facility detail page under the My Facility Module.
Locate the team member section.
2. View Team Members 0:08
Scroll down to see a list of your current team members and their roles.
Click on a team member's name to view their details.
3. Edit Team Member Details 0:24
In the team member details, you can:
See when they joined the facility.
View their email address.
Change their role.
Update their access to various tabs within Hathio.
Remove them from the facility if necessary.
4. Invite New Team Members 0:34
Return to the facility page and find the 'Invite Team Members' section.
Enter the new team member's email address and select their role (e.g., 'member').
Click 'Send Invitation'.
5. Manage Pending Invitations 0:57
Below the invitation section, check the list of pending invitations.
You can:
Re-send invitations to those who haven't accepted yet.
Cancel any pending invitations if needed.
