Navigating the New Sidebar Menu

Before you begin:

You must be logged into your Hashio account. Ensure you are logged in under the correct facility. The sidebar menu is visible on all pages of the platform.

What is the Sidebar Menu?

The sidebar menu is the primary navigation tool in Hashio. It provides quick access to every module on the platform, from Production and Cultivation to Fulfillment, Procurement, and beyond. The updated sidebar features collapsible dropdown menus that stay open until you close them, a user profile section showing your login details, and a new Changelog feature for tracking platform updates.

Step 1   Understanding Your Profile Section

At the top of the sidebar, you will see your user profile information. This section displays:

  • Your name (the logged-in user)
  • Your account email address
  • Your role (e.g., Administrator, Manager, Staff)
  • The facility you are currently logged into

? Tip: Always verify you are logged in under the correct facility before starting your work. Your role determines which features and permissions you have access to across the platform.

Step 2   Navigating the Main Modules

The sidebar organizes Hashio into several main modules. Click on any module name to expand its dropdown menu and reveal sub-pages.

ProcurementPurchase Orders, Vendors, Incoming TransfersCreate and manage purchase orders, vendor records, and incoming inventory transfers.

? Tip: The Batches page appears under both Production and Cultivation. These are the same batch pages you are familiar with, just pre-filtered to show only production or cultivation batches respectively.

Step 3   CRM Module

The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module will allow you to manage customer and contact information directly within Hashio.

When available, the CRM module will include:

  • Dashboard — An overview of your CRM activity
  • Customers — Manage customer accounts
  • Contacts — Manage individual contact records
Step 4   Using the Tools Section

Below the main modules, you will find the Tools section. These tools help you automate workflows, track activity, and generate reports.

The Reports section also includes a Legacy area with access to Reports V1 for historical reporting needs.

Step 5   Accessing the Admin Section

At the bottom of the sidebar, you will find the Admin section with facility management and support resources:

  1. My Facility — View and manage your facility settings, including Metrc & Biotrack settings, licenses, user settings and configuration options.
  2. Changelog — A new feature that houses all changes made on the platform, providing a running log of updates, fixes, and new features.
  3. Help Center — Opens the Hashio Help Center (external link) where you can access the full knowledge base, submit support tickets, and find additional resources.

? Tip: Check the Changelog regularly to stay up to date on the latest platform changes and new features.
