Using the Changelog

Before you begin:  You must be logged into your Hashio account. Ensure you are logged in under the correct facility.

What is the Changelog?

The Changelog is where Hashio tracks all updates, new features, and improvements made to the platform. Whenever something changes, a new entry is added here so you always know what’s new.

Step 1   Finding the Changelog
  1. In the left sidebar, scroll down to the Admin section near the bottom.
  2. Click Changelog.

The Changelog page will open showing a list of all platform updates, with the most recent entries at the top.

Step 2   Reading Changelog Entries

Each entry on the Changelog page shows:

  • Title — the name of the update or feature
  • Tags — colored labels showing which area of the platform is affected (e.g., Fulfillment, CRM, Settings)
  • Date — when the update was published
  • New badge — a green “New” tag appears on recently added entries so they’re easy to spot

Click on any entry to open it. Inside, you’ll find a short description of the change and, when available, a link to a full how-to guide.

Step 3   Searching and Filtering

Use the tools at the top of the Changelog page to find specific updates:

  1. Search bar — Type a keyword (e.g., “CRM” or “fulfillment”) to find entries by title or content.
  2. Date range — Use the From and To date fields to narrow results to a specific time period.
  3. Filter by tags — Use the dropdown to show only entries related to a specific area (e.g., Cultivation, Compliance).
  4. Click Filter to apply your selections. Click Clear to reset and see all entries again.

? Tip: You can also see a list of Recent Updates on the right side of any changelog entry page for quick access to the latest changes.

That’s it! The Changelog is designed to keep you informed about everything new in Hashio. Check back anytime to stay up to date.
