Integrations Guide
Viewing Your QuickBooks Records
| Before you begin: QuickBooks needs to be connected first — see the guide “Connecting QuickBooks & the Dashboard.” The tabs in this guide are mostly read-only views of information that lives in QuickBooks, so you can check your records without leaving Hashio. |
About These Tabs
These tabs let you review your invoices, bills, purchases, payments, and journal entries inside Hashio. Most of this information comes from QuickBooks and is shown for reference — QuickBooks stays your source of truth for balances.
Invoices
Invoices are created in Hashio and pushed out to QuickBooks. The Invoices tab lets you see each one and confirm it synced.
| Step 1 Open the Invoices tab and read the list |
|
| Step 2 Filter the list |
You can also search by document number or customer name. |
| Step 3 View invoice details |
|
Bills & Purchases
Bills and purchases you entered in QuickBooks import into Hashio. The Bills tab gives you accounts-payable visibility, and the Purchases tab lists purchases pulled from QuickBooks.
| Step 1 Open the Bills tab and read the list |
Use the status filters or the search box to find a specific bill. |
| Step 2 View bill details |
|
| Good to know: Bills are tracked for accounts-payable visibility and are not allocated to batches. Only purchases (and manual expenses) feed batch costs in the Accounting module. You’ll find the Purchases tab right next to Bills in the dashboard tabs. |
Payments
The Payments tab shows the payments recorded in QuickBooks — both money you’ve paid to vendors and money customers have paid you.
| Step 1 Open the Payments tab |
Bill payments show what you paid vendors; customer payments show what customers paid you. |
| Step 2 View a payment |
|
| Good to know: Payments are a read-only mirror of QuickBooks. Balances in Hashio aren’t recomputed from these payments right now, so use QuickBooks as your source of truth for payment balances. |
Journal Entries
The Journal Entries tab is a read-only view of the journal entries in QuickBooks, so you can see your ledger activity without leaving Hashio.
| Step 1 Open the Journal Entries tab |
|
