Integrations Guide

Setting Up the LeafLink Integration

Before you begin:  You’ll need administrator access to your LeafLink account to create an application, plus access to your Hashio My Facility settings. It helps to open LeafLink and Hashio in two browser tabs, so you can copy your API key from one and paste it into the other.

What Is the LeafLink Integration?

Hashio connects with LeafLink through a two-way (bi-directional) sync built for fulfillment. Once it’s set up, the orders you receive in LeafLink flow into Hashio automatically — so your team can fill and fulfill them without re-entering anything by hand.

The connection is made with a secure API key: a unique code you generate in LeafLink and paste into Hashio. After that, your orders keep syncing every 15 minutes.

Setting up the integration takes two parts. First, you’ll create an application in LeafLink to generate your API key. Then, you’ll add that key to Hashio.

Part 1 — In LeafLink

Step 1  Create a new application
  1. In LeafLink, go to Settings, then Applications, and click Create an App.
  2. App Name: enter Distru Integration.
  3. Developer Email: enter your email address.
  4. Describe the goal of your application: enter Distru sync.
  5. Permissions: select Read & Write for Orders, Products, and Customers.
  6. Click Create App.

Read & Write access lets Hashio both pull your orders in and update them as you fulfill.

Step 2  Copy your API Key
  1. Once the app is created, LeafLink displays an API Key.
  2. Click to copy the key and keep it somewhere safe — you’ll need it in Part 2.

If you navigate away before copying it, you can find the app again under Settings > Applications.

Tip:  Your API key works like a password — it’s the secure link between LeafLink and Hashio. Don’t share it, and you only need to set this up once.

Part 2 — In Hashio

Step 1  Add the LeafLink integration
  1. In Hashio, go to My Facility, then Integrations, and click New Integration.
  2. Name: select LeafLink.
  3. Enabled: check the box.
  4. API Key: paste in the key you copied from LeafLink.
  5. Click Save.
Step 2  Let your orders import

After you save, your LeafLink orders begin importing automatically. From then on, orders sync every 15 minutes, so new orders appear in Hashio on their own — no manual importing needed.

Step 3  Link order line items to their products
  1. Open the Orders page in Hashio.
  2. For each imported order, you’ll have the opportunity to link its line items to the matching products in Hashio.

Linking connects what the customer ordered to the right product in Hashio, so you can fulfill accurately.

That’s it — LeafLink and Hashio are now connected. Your orders will keep flowing in automatically every 15 minutes, ready for your team to fill.
