Navigating the Activity Page

1. Access the Activity Page 0:00

• Locate the left side navigation bar.

• Click on the 'Activity' option.

2. Overview of the Activity Page 0:13

• The activity page provides an overview of facility activities.

• By default, it shows active individuals who are hashed into a step or batch.

3. Filter Active and Inactive Users 0:22

• Use the filter option to view users who are hashed in or not.

• Click the filter to toggle between active and inactive users.

4. Change User Groups 0:45

• Select different groups to view specific workers.

• Options include Group 1, Group 2, Group 3, etc.

5. Use Selection Mode for Bulk Actions 1:09

• Toggle on selection mode to click on specific user cards.

• Perform bulk actions such as: 

  • Bulk hash out users.

  • Bulk toggle breaks.

6. Manage Individual User Actions 1:16

• On individual user cards, you can: 

  • Start a break.

  • Hash someone out.

  • Edit the work log.

  • Manage breaks (add/delete).

  • Add outputs.

7. Hash In Team Members 1:45

• Use the top right options to: 

  • Hash in a team member.

  • Bulk hash in multiple users.

8. Log Time for Users 1:51

• Log time for individual or multiple users as needed.

9. View Options: Card vs. List 1:58

• Switch between card view and list view for data presentation.

• Both views allow for editing, deleting, and managing work logs.

10. Conclusion 2:22

• The activity page is a comprehensive tool for managing user activity and work logs.
