Guide to Using the Activity Screen in Hashio

1. Navigate to the Activity Screen 0:12

• Go to the navigation bar.

• Click on the 'Activity' option located at the bottom left.

2. Enable Selection Mode 0:28

• Activate selection mode to allow multiple user selection.

• Click on user cards to select them (they will change color).

3. Toggle Breaks for Selected Users 0:42

• Use the multi-select options to toggle breaks for selected users.

• Click 'Bulk Toggle Breaks' to put selected users on break.

4. End Breaks for Selected Users 1:01

• Repeat the multi-select process to take users off break.

5. Bulk Hash Out Users 1:13

• If users are at the end of their shift, use 'Bulk Hash Out' to log them out simultaneously.

6. Filter to View Active Users 1:27

• Change the filter to view users who are hashed out.

7. Hash In a Single Member 1:36

• Click the 'Hash In' button at the top right.

• Select 'Hash In a Member' and choose a user to log in.

8. Bulk Hash In Multiple Users 2:04

• Select multiple users for bulk hashing in.

• Click 'Hash In' and confirm the action.

9. Log Time for a Specific Step 2:42

• Use the 'Log Time' button to log time for a specific step without hashing in.

• Enter start and end times, and add notes or outputs if necessary.

10. Edit Logged Time and Outputs 3:15

• If needed, edit the logged time and outputs.

• Save changes to update the records.
