Guide to Using the Issues Page in Hashio

 

1. Access the Issues Page 0:00

  • Navigate to the left-hand side of the interface.

  • Click on 'Issues' to open the issues page.

 

2. Understand the Issues Overview 0:16

  • The issues page allows you to track problems related to: 

    • Quality assurance

    • Environmental concerns

    • Manufacturing issues

    • Safety issues

  • Each issue will display: 

    • Title of the issue

    • Type of issue

    • Reporter

    • Status (open, in progress, resolved)

    • Date of occurrence

    • Affected batches (if any)
