How to Move Items in Your Vault

1. Navigate to the Vault Page 0:00

• Start by accessing the vault page.

• Use the left tab to navigate to the vault.

2. Select the Correct License 0:11

• Ensure you select the correct license for your items.

• Remember, you may have multiple licenses in your facility.

3. Filter Items by License 0:23

• Change your license to filter items in your inventory.

• This helps in selecting the right items for the move.

4. Select Items to Move 0:34

• Choose the items you want to move (can be 1 to 20 items).

• Make sure to select all desired items.

5. Initiate Bulk Actions 0:44

• Click on 'Bulk Actions'.

• Select 'Move Items' from the dropdown.

6. Review Selected Items 0:52

• Confirm the items you have selected to move.

• Check their tags and products.

7. Choose New Location 1:00

• Click on the new location where you want to move the items.

• Ensure this location is valid for the selected license.

8. Set Move Date and License 1:06

• Enter the move date (today's date).

• Confirm the license you want to use for the move.

9. Confirm Move Items Action 1:21

• Click 'Move Items' to proceed.

• A confirmation message will appear asking if you wish to proceed.

10. Check for Success or Error Message 1:36

• If successful, a toast message will confirm the items have been moved.

• If there's an error, it may indicate an issue with the selected location and license.
