1. Accessing the Vault Page 0:00

• Open the menu on the left side of the screen.

• Click on 'Vault' to navigate to the Vault page.

2. Understanding Vault Items 0:15

• The Vault page displays a list of items in your facility.

• Each item is linked to a tag or label in Metric or similar tracking software.

• Information displayed for each item includes: 

  • Name or tag number

  • Associated product

  • Quantity

  • Packaging date

  • Location

  • License

  • Batch yield information

  • Production batch link

  • Action section for Metric actions.

3. Performing Bulk Actions 0:40

• Use the bulk actions feature to select multiple items.

• Options available: 

  • Convert items

  • Set items as unavailable

  • Move items to a different location.

• Filter items using the following methods: 

  • By tag (multiple tags can be entered, separated by commas)

  • By product name

  • By categories and subcategories

  • By batch IDs.
