Guide to Converting Items in Hashio Vault

1. Navigate to the Vault 0:00

• Open the Hashio application.

• Locate and click on the 'Vault' option on the left-hand side.

2. Convert Items Individually 0:11

• Find the item you want to convert.

• Go to the end of the line for that item and click on 'Actions'.

• Select 'Convert' from the dropdown menu.

• A conversion drawer will appear: 

  • Enter the required details: 

    • License

    • Tag

    • Product

    • Quantity

    • Location

  • Click 'Submit Conversion' to send the information to Metric.

3. Convert Items in Bulk 0:36

• Search for the tags or products you want to convert.

• Select the items you wish to convert (e.g., the top four items).

• Click on 'Bulk' and then select 'Convert'.

• Note: There is a legacy conversion option available, but it will be removed in the future.

4. Fill Out Conversion Details 1:03

• A window will load displaying all selected packages.

• Hover over packages to view details (e.g., strains).

• Enter the following information for each package: 

  • Quantity

  • Licenses

  • Starting tags

  • Product to convert into

  • Amount being converted

  • Unit of conversion

  • Location

  • Package date

  • Expiration date

  • If applicable, fill out production batch and final goods yield.

5. Submit Conversion 1:42

• After filling out all necessary fields, click 'Submit Conversion'.

• The system will process the conversion and send the data to Metric.

6. Handle Success or Error Messages 1:50

• If successful, a success message will appear confirming the conversion.

• If there is an error, an error message will specify the issue (e.g., invalid tag for location).
