Creating Cost Centers in Hashio
1. Navigate to My Facilities 0:10
Open the Hashio application.
Locate the 'My Facilities' tab on the left-hand side at the bottom.
Click on 'My Facilities' to access your facility.
2. Access Cost Centers 0:16
Scroll down the page until you reach the 'Finance' section.
Click on 'Cost Centers' to view existing cost centers.
3. View Existing Cost Centers 0:27
On the Cost Centers page, you will see:
A list of all created cost centers.
Their total hourly rates, labor rates, and overheads.
Options to delete existing cost centers.
4. Add a New Cost Center 0:35
Click on the 'Add Cost Center' button located at the top right of the page.
5. Enter Cost Center Details 0:44
Fill in the following details:
Name: Enter a name for the cost center (e.g., 'Fulfillment').
Labor Rate: Specify the hourly wage for workers (e.g., $15/hour).
Overhead Rate: Enter any additional costs associated with the cost center (e.g., $2/hour for overhead).
6. Save the Cost Center 1:25
After entering the details, click 'Save' to create the cost center.
7. Review Cost Center Details 1:34
You will be directed to the details page of the newly created cost center.
Here, you can:
Edit the cost center details if needed.
View any workflows that involve this cost center.
8. Example of a Cost Center 1:49
Review an example cost center:
Name: Kitchen
Labor Rate: $50/hour
Overhead Rate: $2/hour
Note: This cost center is involved in various workflows.
