How to Fill an Order in Hashio

1. Access the Orders Page 0:00

• Start by navigating to the Orders page in the Fulfillment module.

• There are two ways to fill an order: 

  • Click on 'Fill' in the Actions menu.

  • Click on the order number to access the order detail.

2. Confirm Order Details 0:23

• Check the following details: 

  • Addresses

  • Order dates

  • Items on the order

• If any item is not linked to a product, link it by: 

  • Clicking the link button.

  • Searching for the correct product and selecting it.

3. Fill the Order 0:48

• Once all items are confirmed, click 'Fill Order'.

• This action will take you to the Manifest Detail page.

4. Add Vault Items to Manifest 1:04

• On the Manifest Detail page, add Vault Items by: 

  • Clicking 'Fill' on the line item.

  • Searching for a tag related to the item and selecting it.

5. Confirm Item Details 1:38

• Review the added tag product details: 

  • Quantity

  • Price

  • Weight

• If changes are needed, use the Actions menu to modify them.

6. Add Parent Tags (if necessary) 1:51

• To add parent tags: 

  • Click to attach parent tags.

  • Confirm the conversion prompt by clicking 'Convert'.

  • Select new tags and locations as needed.

7. Add Destination Information 2:29

• Click on 'Add Destination' at the top.

• Fill in the required information: 

  • Type of transfer (regular or layover)

  • Transporter and driver details

  • Vehicle information

  • Departure and arrival times.

8. Generate Route 3:07

• After entering destination details, click 'Generate Route'.

• Confirm the generated route for the facility.

9. Save Destination Details 3:20

• Click 'Save' to finalize the destination details.

10. Set Up Transfer Templates 3:30

• Click on 'Transfer Templates' to set up necessary transfers for your facility.

• Verify the transfer details and confirm correctness.

11. Finalize Transfer to Metric 4:00

• Once everything is confirmed, you can send the transfer to Metric by clicking the appropriate button.
