How to Create a New Batch in Hashio

 

1. Navigate to Batches Tab 0:00

  • Open the Hashio application.

  • Locate the left-hand navigation menu.

  • Click on the 'Batches' tab to view existing batches.

 

2. Add a New Batch 0:19

  • Click on the 'Add Batch' button in the top right corner.

  • A drawer will open titled 'New Batch'.

 

3. Configure Batch Details 0:36

  • Check the box to continue to the batch after creation.

  • Search for the product (e.g., Logan's Cannabis Item).

  • Enter a Batch ID (e.g., batch log 001).

  • Select the Batch Type (Production or Cultivation). 

    • Choose 'Production' for creating items.

 

4. Specify Batch Size and Dates 1:14

  • Enter the Batch Size (e.g., 1 for 100 grams, 2 for 200 grams).

  • Set the Schedule Date (e.g., next month on the 1st).

  • Set the Due Date (e.g., by the 4th).

 

5. Add Notes and Submit 1:37

  • Include any relevant notes for the batch.

  • Click 'Submit' to proceed to the batch confirmation flow.

 

6. Review and Edit Batch Steps 1:46

  • Confirm that the batch is linked to a workflow.

  • Review the automatically generated steps for the batch.

  • Edit or remove steps as necessary for your specific batch.

 

7. Confirm Changes to Steps 2:21

  • Confirm any changes made to the steps.

  • This will help in tracking the batch later.

 

8. Create Bill of Materials 2:35

  • Review the bill of materials for the batch.

  • Add or edit items as needed (regular items, fall items, or yields from other batches).

 

9. Add Tasks for the Batch 3:05

  • Create tasks specific to the batch.

  • Specify task details: priority, board, assignee, and description.

 

10. Review Projected Costs 3:37

  • Review the projected costs associated with the batch.

  • Confirm the start date and due date.

 

11. Finalize Batch Creation 4:00

  • Click 'Confirm' to finalize the batch creation.

  • You will be directed to the batch detail page, ready to start on your batch.
