Navigating Product Details in Hashio

1. Accessing Product Details 0:00

• Start from the product list page.

• Click on the name of the item you want to view.

2. Overview of the Product Detail Page 0:12

• The detail page contains multiple tabs: 

  • Detail

  • Vault

  • Yields

  • Batches

  • Consumed In

  • Recipe

  • Adjustments

  • Report

• You can create a new batch from this product.

3. Viewing Product Details 0:42

• In the Detail section, you can see: 

  • Product name

  • Quantity available

  • SKU numbers

  • Unit prices

  • Workflow configuration (category, brand, strain, vendor)

  • Linked products and QuickBooks mapping.

4. Checking the Vault 1:27

• Navigate to the Vault tab to see a list of products in the vault.

• View tags and quantities for the selected product.

5. Reviewing Yields 1:52

• In the Yields tab, see: 

  • Yields created for this product

  • Batch source

  • Date of yield

  • Quantity and cost breakdown.

6. Exploring Batches 2:15

• The Batches tab lists all batches for the product.

• Click on a batch number to view specific details: 

  • Scheduled date

  • Status

  • Cost and cost breakdown.

• The Consumed In tab shows if the product is used in any batch.

• View required amounts and costs.

• The Recipe tab displays the recipe for the item.

• See required ingredients and quantities.

• Options to add, remove, or edit ingredients.

• The Adjustments page lists all adjustments made for the product.

• View details such as: 

  • Date of adjustment

  • Quantity adjusted

  • Reason for adjustment.

10. Generating Reports 3:20

• The Report section provides: 

  • Total sales volume

  • Total cost

  • Comparison to average costs

  • Itemized report of costs per step in batches.
